Laundry in Dodge City, KS

“We just moved in and these are very liveable apartments at a fair price. We've been in for like 3 days and noticed the toilet needed some attention. It wouldn't flush but no more than a call to the front office they had a working toilet installed. I get the feel that this will be a comfortable relationship. Some items have been worn but I cannot expect a Taj Mahal. I'm happy with the central heat and air. They have also graciously allowed me a 7 day period to switch my one bill, electric, over to my name as I am still cleaning my last rental. I have read reviews on the security here but it's also recommended that tenants invest in renters insurance which won't be much of a cost and will also cover my vehicle while on-site. These are older apartments but have the potential to become home for the next year or two. Pet friendly with a non refundable deposit ( thanks irresponsible pet owners) but that's part of the game. There is on-site laundry which is nice for those who don't own washer and dryer but there are hook-ups in the basement. I would definitely recommend, so far, but I don't see the recommendation changing. Located on 14th street we are 5-6 blocks from restaurants on Wyatt Earp Blvd, within walking distance to Dillons, walmart, and a liquor store. I'm very excited to start this new relationship and grateful for the opportunity to live here.”

“I arrived a few minutes after closing time. I knocked on the door and was allowed to get my items without any sense of inconvenience from the clerk. They also had an after hours drop off when I dropped my suit there. Very accommodating. It's a 45 min drive from my home so I was grateful for good service.”
