What stands out even more than the above is his true desire to help; not only that but he went beyond the boundaries and stayed almost 40 minutes after closing to help me resolve issues with my phone! It is a pleasure to have someone who doesn’t seem like they are there just to collect a check and up-sale you but rather help you understand what your getting in to and if a certain plan is right for you thanks again Bryce!!”

Horrible. Absolutely horrible service for western ks and worse customer service. I don’t care if it’s cheaper. Im dripping 82% of my calls according to their senior engineer and nobody will get to me to help get me a solution!
I was wondering if T-Mobile might be able to replace Verizon so I went in to inquire and it was the best customer service I have had in awhile. I rely on reviews and I had seen some good and bad. I don’t work for T-Mobile, have friends or family that work for them, and don’t live in Dodge. I live in a small town north…so this is an unbiased review. Josh was outstanding and Brianca was sweet as can be. I hope the coverage will work for me up here…time will tell..but they were so kind in getting me to this point. Impressed!”
