The hotel is a great value. Maybe a little rough around the edges or a bit dated at first appearance, but the rooms are plenty nice inside. The parking lot has a nice easy setup, and the location is convenient. I’ve stayed there before and I’ll be staying there again .Walkability: Quick easy walk to the gas station nearby for early morning coffee and breakfast

Rooms need updated. But it is clean. Not so quiet. Second room had bedbugs. Deadbolts did not work in either room. Management had a “oh well” attitude about. Stated door to outside locks.

The service to when I booked was good but when I went into my room a few of the light bulbs weren’t working and the bathrooms bath tub had a hole in it with a patch over it my room number was 102 I figured if you have a bath tub shaped shower you should have at least a bathtub plug especially those that work on the feet all day don’t wanna stand up to get cleaned up because taking a bath is relaxing especially if we’re standing other than that the bed was comfortable and the heater cooling system felt amazing tooFood & drinks: Near by you have DQ you have Jimmy John’s & Kwik shop to grab gas or snacks

The outside entrance is a bit run down. The owners were nice but not very talkative. Checkin was easy, but there was no breakfast. Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible but the bathroom was very small, and the doorway was tight, with minimal amenities. The king-size bed was stiff but comfortable. The floors in the hallway are run down and gross, but the floor in the room was brand new and looked nice. They provided a frig and a small microwave. For the price, it was worth it.

This is definitely one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed at...period! The beds' sheets were dirty and stained...the bathroom walls were filthy...there was one wash cloth and one towel...the coffee machine had obviously never been cleaned...there was one "glass" to drink water and/or coffee out of...the room looked like it had been painted by an elementary grade school class on lunch break...the walls between rooms are thin and noisy...the distance between the door and the outer hallway floor is an easy one inch open space...we stayed here on our way to Utah at $65 on a Friday night and...one week later had to stay here once again on our way back home and the rate had changed to $85....(apparently they charge what they they feel they can get away with at the moment)...if you have to spend the night in this area...choose another city! Or pray another room in another hotel opens up!

This is probably one of the most disgusting hotels I've stayed in. And I've been to more than 50 countries. The no smoking room smells like a damp dinghy basement that your grandfather smoked in for 40 years. The beds, If I had to guess are from 1987, spring loaded and the scent is reminiscent of the past 142,000 farts before your visit. The light fixtures were rusty and all but falling from the ceiling. The "furniture" looked like a chair they pulled from a landfil covered in God knows what plus a few trace DNA remnants of the last lonely travelers. My sheets had blood or spaghetti stains on them and the duvet was covered in what looked like animal feces. But let's not forget the collection of magic nose goblins on the wall next to the toilet. The AC unit was full of so much dust and grime I was afraid to turn it on.This building that I'd call a dumpster fire claims on the website this is a superior place to lodge. I'm not sure who is more delusional, the owner or the cockroaches.ALLLLL of this superior opulence can be yours! For the low low price of 80+ bucks a night. Indulge yourself with the pictures of my superior stay.Rooms: DisgustingFood & drinks: Empty vending machineNoteworthy details: The refuse splattered on the walls.

Edit: I FINALLY received an acknowledgment and an apology but it was a BATTLE. I also finally received my deposit. It was a fight though. They claimed they couldn’t find my booking. THANKFULLY, I kept my receipt and didn’t allow anyone to tell me I was wrong. My opinion on this place still stands. While the location is fine because it’s close to lots of establishments, it doesn’t make up for the costumer service or my experience here. This place needs a total overhaul on all of the rooms. It’s important to treat each guest with respect and as if they are important. That was not my experience here.Edit: I seem to be the ONLY person here that oyo townhouse doesn’t want to apologize to for my experience or even acknowledge that I had a terrible stay with terrible service. I went through other people’s reviews to see that they received an apology and an acknowledgment. I emailed customer support and they claim they can’t find my booking. I gave them all the information, including dates and the receipt from the hotel. They claim they can’t find my information and now I know I will never receive my deposit back. This place is horrible. Trashy hotel. Horrible customer service. If I could give negative stars I would. When I first arrived, the man at the front desk told me he was gonna put me in one room, but decided to put me in this one instead. I was too tired from travel to inquire why, but now I regret not doing so. It makes me feel like they placed me and my family in this room on purpose so they do not have to return the $50 deposit. I am always reluctant when it comes to letting housekeeping in my room, but we needed new towels and sheets. The housekeeper came and gave us new towels and sheets, but decided to throw away my sisters retainer. The housekeeper left all other trash in the room. When we returned, we tried to ask where they throw all of the trash so we can search for it. The person at the front desk told my sister that it was too late and the trash was already picked up. I only feel like they put us in this room on purpose because I walked past a room. The housekeeping left open and the room looked a lot nicer than the room they put us in. This is a cheap hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for. the location is great because there are some things that are in walking distance, but that is the only plus of this hotel. My advice is to pay extra and stay ANYWHERE ELSE.

One good thing...the bed was comfortable. One more...the shower was really good. The reception experience was zero stars, the appearance of the hotel was one-star, the ambiance was one-star, the neighborhood was one-star, the phone booking experience was way too lengthy and wordy, with a sales pitch at the end for OYO, the newly re-tiled floor got oozy black glue/grout on our bare feet, the towels were thin. No more OYO for us!Noteworthy details: This is an old hotel not-so-refurbished with no looks, not much staff, and no joy.
