“I am a Driver for Prime Inc and unfortunately my truck broke down during Winter Storm Elliot and I was towed to Trivista's shop in Fort Dodge, IA. From the second I entered their build I was welcomed by the personnel and was immediately put with the sweetest women and together we worked a plan to get me fixed up and back on the road. The truck had multiple issues so I knew it would take some time. The mechanics worked hard and got me right and they even gave me a vehicle to get myself over to the hotel for the evening because I was out of hours. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this shop for any of your truck needs. Best customer service I have ever encountered.
