United wireless seems to be completely clueless. They don't seem to want to sell service or to answer questions. They are pretty useless. Is this going to be what happens when I need help or have an issue with service? I'm not sure how they stay in business.\\n\\nThey reply with a phone number that is not answered. It goes to a voicemail and the call is never returned.

One of thier company trucks just ran over a dog the car didn't bother to stop the dog was just walking and the car didn't slow down or stop it was my neighbor's dog he played with us all the time just a few moments before he died he was playing with us R.I.P OREO

Went to main building, got sent to north building, got sent to main building after 45 minutes got service. Service ok but way behind.

Service is horrible. Prices went up 22%. All they could say is "well blame Joe Biden." I don't like our president, but there is no need to treat your customers like that. So, I closed my account after 22 years with them. Verizon has treated me with the up most respect since.

The wifi service is horrible. I really don’t recommend it, I have to turn off every single device in my household in order for my tv to stream.

Very slow service. Waited for a half hour to get a new phone only to be told they were out of the S21.

Been with the company for about a year been giving them 400 a month there is no where on the contract says I have to pay on 25 the clerk at the store said along it paid by the 12 of the next month it not late however I went to get a new phone after a almost year and i still had to have to pay deposit and the customer service sucks .

Staff seemed really friendly. I went in to ask about prices. The guy who helped us out was so friendly, I almost felt bad I left without purchasing anything. He was very knowledgeable and even tested out my current phone to see if it would work on United Wireless. I'll definitely be back to see him when I finally decide to switch to United Wireless.

For the most part, I can recommend United Wireless. We have had good customer service and relatively few internet service. BUT.... yesterday we were recieving repeated Amber alert messages for the exact same thing. Our phones are driving us batty!

There’s a reason it’s so cheap, paid for unlimited hotspot and never got it, very spoty and it’s hard to reach my customers while on the road. Pay the extra money for Verizon or any other company is well worth it.

I love United Wireless! They made it possible for me to have my first iPhone, they have great service, my plan is very affordable, and I can call and talk to a local person or go in the local store! I have never had any trouble with my phone service at home or when I travel.
