You can never get good information from UPS! The website says the CSRs have the same information as the website which is a lie. I try to avoid UPS if I can.

Not a friendly place. Staff are condescending. BTW, this is not a ups store which they are quick to remind you of. Unless you have a label already made and affixed to your package, you are SOL in sending it. Don't take a QR code in there... As the rude sign on the door says, it's not their job to help you figure out how to print a label.

Refuse to update their technology. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. In serious need of customer service training. The signs on the door are written rudely. They know they are the only option for miles and have no interest in helping people. 0 stars if I could.

Stressful place to even go to. Terrified to ever have a return another package. Probably have less stress driving across the world then to try and send packages through that train wreck. Not to mention the time line to even get there with their short hours. If you need a QR code scanned it ain't gonna happen here. So best of Luck yall?

I got to give him credit down here in cowboy town ? staff always take care of you and she got me pointing the right direction and thanks they should have had sent me the returns slip paper to go with but I got that taken care of you know schedule them to pick this box up or drop it off whenever that box shows up with the paperwork from the people who knew to send it from the beginning other than that they do good business over there ?

Not an actual UPS store as me and another young lady were informed of when we went to return our AT&T routers. But I was told by the AT&T agent that they were a UPS store so there’s some confusion there. Just make sure you have your own box and label before you go to return anything.

The manager (Mr Arron Knight[?]) very rude and unprofessional towards me...Whereas some of the other employees there act nicer towards me.I use to think that UPS was good place to work...but it is not. Now I see why a lot of people quit. And people like Mr Ryan Gregg at UPS lie, and don't use their authority appropriately.?And if your UPS delivered packages/items are damaged...UPS not carefully handling packages (overloading/stuffing them for transportation...and throwing them around while unloading them from the semi-trailer).

My son's package was delayed due to weather conditions and trying to get the package to him was a challenge. I called and spoke to Erin and what a relieve. He was nice and patient with me and arranged for my son to pick his package. He was there at the time specified and it only took less than a minute. Erin you are the greatest your customer service as well as the service your provided was AWESOME!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you.

I wonder what the addresses are for, if the couriers leave the packages at the wrong address. On several occasions, UPS deliverymen have left my packages in the house across the street.

Called customer services for amazon was guaranteed I could pick up that day and that I would receive a call went in to local ups location to check rude customer service gal stated trucks weren't in and would not be in called customer services for Amazon again they stated not to worry I would receive a call because they had placed a hold on it and pick up today. Week went by no call and now my item is being shipped back.
