I rented the bobcat for two days so the same day I go it in the afternoon the battery dies so I decided to wait till next day to call the store to get some help but when I call them instead of help they tell me that the machine was in my possession and that I will have to find the way of fixed my sel, so they left me with the problem, because one’s they put their hands on our money they will let you down with a piece of garbage that broke down and you will have to fixed. That’s what I call the best way to loose customers. Great job waters. Keep treating costumer’s like that

I will only give them one star out of 100 because of their return policy. I bought two items for a project of mine. It turns out the items didn’t fit for the project. I went to their store and asked for a refund. The employee asked the manager for help, and the manager came out from the back. The manager told me that the return policy for a refund is for members only, not ordinary customers. The total was more than 300 dollars. The manager won’t give me the full refund, only give me more than 10 dollars of refund, not the total refund. The rest? They give me a gift card. I paid for the two items in cash and a credit card. I was loyal to their store when it was named “True Value Hardware.” I have their membership under true value. But when they changed, they refused my old membership (even though my senior membership still works to buy stuff needed). They said that it’s supposed (the membership card) to be blue not red. I was confused as heck. I had the receipt and everything. Worst bull-poop that I have ever experienced. Make sure you guys are wiser on buying things because their return policy is only “memberships only,” not for regular customers. Thank you for reading.By the way, the manager said that they can’t do a refund but the manager “managed” to give 16 dollars of refund instead of 300 dollars. It’s was a very confusing and frustrating situation.

I went to the front for assistance in the shipping department & was told where I could go find other workers for help. Then, the two employees that helped were judge mental & suggested I “mail my packages elsewhere to save money.”
