My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception here. It was plenty big enough for everyone that showed. We had decorated ourselves so some pictures were taken down. When the reception was over my husband and myself cleaned up. Left the place spotless. They paid 200 to rent it, 100 being a deposit. They only received 50 back because we hadn't return three pictures to the wall. How freakin' petty is that?!!!? Wish I could make 50 bones to hang three pictures.

We rented the place for our wedding reception. I left my inlaws in charge of the of cleaning. They cleaned things in that place that had not been touched in years. They emptied the podium and cleaned a layer of dust. Cleaned the desk we didnt use. Scrubbed the corners of the floors in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The even cleaned every chair kn the place and spots on the metal legs had clearly not been done in years. When I rented the building she told me I could take the red white and blue decorations down and put them on the cart and roll them into the hallway. We rented the building on the 5th of July and I assumed they were there 4th of July decorations. Wh ed n I showed up to collect our deposit they said it was forfeit because j did not put the decorations back up. I went round and round with them and finally got told also three pictures were not hung back on the wall. I had to argue for ten minutes to get back half of my deposit. They took money from two young newlyweds so I hope they are happy. It's a shame that people are so mean in this world. They are crooks unless you are in with them. If you do not know them do not rent there building or they will try and rip you off. The building was cleaner than it had been in years. They even told me the janitor said it looked really nice. J guess the owner who lives in pilots point in his fancy house needs the money more than two newlyweds starting a life together. I even teared up and td him I really needed the money and showed him the before and after pictures. I hope he doesn't sleep at night.

We rented it for our wedding reception. It was great up until we went to get our deposit back, and they didn’t want to give it to us all because of a couple pictures and decorations not being put back in their exact spots.
My parents cleaned up for us after our reception. They did a great job of cleaning and even cleaned dirty things that we did not make dirty. We were not told to put back the decor from the tables and such, but they made it a big deal anyway. They also wanted to make a big deal out of a couple pictures and mirrors not being hung back up because they were not known about by the people that cleaned for us.
These people were rude to my husband over all of this as well. It is very disappointing.
