I had the best time picking a dress with the people I loved! The owner was so kind and knew exactly what I was looking for. She can tell you where every dress is at in her store and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Schoens Bridal for making my day memorable!

If I could give zero stars I would, I came in with a bride a few months ago and she ended up crying from the experience. This should have been the most exciting part but she was left feeling horrible. Apparently anything over a medium is considered plus size to them and if you don’t “look” like you can afford something they let you know. Overall this was a horrible experience and I hope every bride goes somewhere else to have that experience because this isn’t it.

I’d give a zero if option. The store itself is great pretty dresses. But looking at reviews and experience with another bride. Being plus sized i wouldn’t buy a dress from here. From my experience and many reviews i see on here eve maybe isn’t the biggest fan of plus sized? She made my bride i was with feel very low, for no good reason, looks like she seems to do that a lot based on reviews, maybe that’s done where you’re originally from Eve but it’s not okay to make people feel that low on one of the most exciting days of their life. No matter how many dresses you let people try on, or don’t charge for appointments like some, it doesn’t matter ( i seen you trying to justify on another review) you still should make all woman of all shapes and sizes feel welcome, but you don’t.

Cute shop, very clean, very well priced! The staff isn’t the most personable in wanting to know what you like about/dislike about a dress and adjust. Asking to look at something more seemed inconvient but they did it anyways. My entourage heard comments like “good luck with that” coming from under their breath but they still did the work required!

Amazing store, great selection of dresses, Eve was amazing, super helpful, kind, and very professional. Very reasonable prices and has everything you could need. Truly stunning dresses.

Would give a one star rating if possible. Owner was absolutely horrible. Telling the bride that she could only select dresses off the plus size rack even though she wasn’t plus size. Said certain dresses were out of her budget so she couldn’t try them on, when they were, in fact, in her budget. Owner wouldn’t let the bridal party or bride pick out her own dresses to try on. Overall, awful experience.

don’t shop here. the employees of this shop fatshamed my friend and wouldn’t let her try on dresses because she “wouldn’t fit in them anyway”. i would give this place a zero star review if i could. the owner was included in this shaming.

Wish that I could give 0 stars. Worst costumer service, didn't even bat an eye at our group when we came in. There was at least 3 workers and only one other group than ours... when we asked for help they would respond with one worded answers and continue standing around doing nothing.

Bad experience. I took my friend who was looking for a dress for her wedding and the owner and her workers were very rude telling her that they could not sell dresses to any fat woman that day.

I went here to find a wedding dress and Eve was very helpful! I fell in love with the first dress I tried on even after trying a few others on. She found us dresses in our budget and my size and was just extremely helpful the whole time! She even gave us a bit more discount and it’s awesome that alterations are included! A wonderful place to go and such amazing service

I went here with my best friend and the rest of her bridesmaids to find her perfect dress and within a minute of walking in Eve, (the owner I guess) was super rude to us. She scoffed when my friend told her what her budget was and walked off. When Eve came back she said “your budget isn’t enough to get you anything fancy, so you’ll have to pull from the clearance rack.” Eve pulled four dresses that weren’t even close to what my friend asked for. She then put us in a back sketchy room and left the door wide open for my friend to change into dresses. When one of us got up to close the door she rolled her eyes and made it seem like it wasn’t that big of a deal for my friend to undress with the door open. After putting my friend in the first dress Eve asked how she liked the dress and my friend told her that she liked the fit but didn’t like all the detailing. After that Eve left the room for a good 4-5 minutes and didn’t come back. We got a different lady to help us and she was so much nicer and she made sure that my friend was getting something that she loved. After trying on roughly 8-10 dresses my friend finally found one the one that she loved and she looked so beautiful in! Once my friend was done trying on her dresses the lady said that we could use the room to try on any bridesmaids dresses, so we walked around looking to see if we found anything. I found a dress and walked back to the room to try on my dress and Eve told the lady that was helping us that the room was booked so we couldn’t use it. I told her that our lady told us we could try on our dresses and our friends appointment time wasn’t over with. Eve told our lady that we had to hurry up since they had a full day of appointments. I hurried up to try on my dress but was very confused as to how they were going to rush paying customers who made an appointment. I understand being fully booked, but the idea to rush customers is very bad customer service. Once the bridesmaids were done trying on dresses and stuff my friend got measurements done by Eve and she kept saying “congratulations, I’m so happy that you found the perfect dress. Congratulations!” I was so taken aback since she acted like my friend was wasting her time since we walked through the door and didn’t want to give her the time of day.I really enjoyed the second lady who helped us. She was so kind and really enjoyed her job! She was amazing and if she helped us from the beginning I would give this place 100+ stars, but Eve ruined our experience. I don’t recommend this place unless you are going to spend thousands of dollars to get treated like an actual human being. I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service from the owner.

I had an amazing time here the owner is knowledgable and if you can come to her with a list of things you want on a dress she will find a dress that encompasses everything you could ever want and then some. My dress was very affordable and she fitted it perfectly in just two appointments. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
