The usual flip lot but they have put up signs to designate rows, so no longer a guessing game and it's paved and not a gravel mudhole after it rains

Not to bad but they could prove on the flow of inbound traffic. If they would get tell you where to go. And actually follow the directions that were given, it would go smoother. But all in all it is good. I know it will get better. It was like 1 hour to check in and get lifted.
