Because it annoys me to have to drop my trailer and leave, I wanted to give 3-4 stars just for that… but I feel that all the negative reviews on here are enough. This place was phenomenal for me! I arrived @1800 for a 20:30 appointment. Was put right into a door, dropped, left and planned to pause my clock and play Xbox.Never even turned xbox on…. I wasn’t parked 10 minutes and they called to tell me trailer was loaded.Went back and got paperwork, hooked trailer and was gone by 1930. An hour before my actual appointment.

watch out, they stole your load locks and you can't see because they open and close the doors from the inside. When you pick up your trailer the door is closed and sealed you will see that it was stolen in your delivery.

My appointment was at 1630. Arrived at 1450. Given a spot for dropping off my trailer, bobtailed out of the facility and they will call me when it’s loaded and ready for pickup. Right now is 2300 and still no phone call yet. Tried calling the number that they gave me but no one answered. In simple terms, don’t come here . It’s not worth your time. All I know is that am not coming back. This is the worst shipper I have seen in my 20 years in this industry. NOT WORTH IT. STAY AWAY PLEASE. You will thank me later.

I shuttle trailers from upfield to cold point, for 12 hour shifts, the people treat me fine, but as with any person, treat them with respect and get treated with respect

No parking on site or street parking anymore, the onsite scale is permanently out of order and they said that they have no interest in repairing it however there is a Brand new cat scale and truck and trailer wash at the TA express located nearby at I-35 exit 205, there is also a repair shop with limited hours and a Goodcents restaurant (sub shop) be aware all parking is paid parking however being that it's in demand this makes sense. If you're looking for a place to park that's free ask at the cold point guard shack for directions to their off site facility (they rent the parking area of another unused cold storage place down the street about a mile and a half a way, however there's no drivers facilities there so be prepared and don't leave a mess otherwise they won't let us use it anymore)The people at cold point are very nice just treat them well and they will treat you well.Make sure that your trailer is clean, full of fuel to the top, tandems are slid all the way to the rear and that your reader is functioning properly before you drop your empty in also be aware it can be little tight if drivers don't back their mt trailers far enough in when they drop them. They give you a specific spot to drop in however it's very hard to read the numbers that are painted on the ground they need to be repaintedAnd finally a piece of trivia for you this location is where the Santa Fe trail and the Oklahoma trail crossed! There is a plaque on the edge of the property

This place is a weird one for sure. Appointment time set for 0900. My trailer was dropped in place by 0850. Bobtailed out to a nearby Walmart to restock some goods. It’s 1930 at the time of writing this review and no one at the warehouse can tell me why my trailer hasn’t been unloaded yet.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE, THE LADY AT THE GAURDSHACK WAS VERY NICE, THE YOUNG LADY AT RECEIVING WOULDN'T SPEAK, I LET HER KNOW THAT THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE AND SHE WOULDN'T EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME,(WHAT A JOKE),THEN THE GUY CALLS ME AND TELL ME THAT MY LOAD IS A DROP, I TOLD HIM THAT THE COMPANY THAT I WORK FOR DOESN'T HAVE DROP TRAILERS THERE SO YOU WANT ME TO DROP AND LEAVE WITH OUT A TRAILER, TO MANY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING HER, I PRAY THAT I NEVER HAVE TO COME BACK HERE.

They have old fashioned drop and hook system. I dropped trailer, they called me to take my trailer, I came back - green light , started hooking and then they changed the light when I was ready to go and started unloading. You have to be extremely careful over there. Really messy yard, too. No overnight parking at property or close by

Well since I work there it's not bad like every job there can be a lot of small improvements to make us more efficient and safer but I know some people can see what's it front of them but then when ever your doing it backwards at the same speed then it's hard to know what and how to do it

If you don't want to waste time, don't come to this place. I'm still waiting for them to finish loading door number 110. I left the trailer at 4:00 pm with an appointment to speak at 6:00 pm, it's 10:00 pm and it's not finished yet. The truth is, I don't understand the logistics of this type of place. They should increase the rate for detention, see if they can organize themselves a little better that way.
