“I'm a HUGE Price Chopper Fan. I love the meat counter/department. However, your hot food counter service could use improvement. My most recent visit I was standing at the counter and 5 separate employees walked past and worked in front of me never acknowledging me. Additionally, there were no drumsticks ready, so they wouldn't sell me a 10pc dark. They didn't even offer a solution. They just appeared annoyed that I even asked for chicken. This was shortly after 5pm on a Wednesday.”
“The remodel is amazing ! you have to go check out the huge new freezer section. There is also now produce ! There is lettuce , onions, potatoes, celery , grapes bananas and watermelon etc! Self checkout to reduce the wait! The employees deserve a raise ! Anita”
“I am no fan of stores like Walmart. But they earned my loyalty to their pharmacy long ago and I have used them for over 20 years. The staff is friendly, tech savvy, trustworthy and consistently efficient in my experience. I have no plans to make a change. Why would I when they are gettin'er done?”
