While a shipment delay created a difficult situation, staff at a local terminal were very kind, patient, and helpful, making the experience positive. Outside carriers find it one of the best LTL places for pickup or delivery, noting a good atmosphere with efficiency, a very respectful staff, and helpful, friendly guards. The facility is clean and very easy to find. Many state there is no better or more reliable LTL carrier, thanking FedEx for making every experience outstanding.

I have pulled trailers from several Fedex facilities for the past years and I must say this is one of my favorite. Having a good atmosphere with efficiency is a challenge and it looks like they have mastered it here.
