I actually had a pleasant experience here dropping off a LTL pallet for something I sold on eBay. Having been to a few other sites, this was refreshing. For not being someone driving a large tractor trailer, the guard shack, receptionist, and fork lift operator were all surprisingly kind and helpful in getting me to the right dock and through
there in less than 15 minutes.

Had a shipment that was sent priority that got held up in TX and delayed by two days. The pallets got to Edwardsville on Friday and we needed them for an installation on Saturday. After trying to make arrangements with the local terminal, we figured out that we were going to have to go to Edwardsville and pick up the pallets.
Upon arrival at the loading dock in Edwardsville, we were met by Pam S. who was very kind, patient, and helpful when it came to loading the pallets on our pickup and trailer. Pam made an otherwise miserable experience very positive.

They have delivered 16 of 18 packages to the wrong address because someone there keeps crossing out Circle and writing Drive on the labels. They are worse than Yellow and deserve a negative score. Also good luck getting a live person.

I have pulled trailers from several Fedex facilities for the past years and I must say this is one of my favorite. Having a good atmosphere with efficiency is a challenge and it looks like they have mastered it here.
