“Steven Arterbery went out of his way to be helpful. When I walked in the other service writers were sitting and unresponsive, and he went out of his way to help. I was visiting from out of town and my 2024 Land Cruiser had the check engine light on. Steven knew I was trying to get back to Colorado. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and he went out of his way to help the situation and for that, I am grateful. Steven got my car in, quickly looked at, and I was able to get on the road that day.”

“My sister needed a new used car. I agreed to help her, but was nervous about going to a large dealership. Then I remembered my friend, Meredith Reynolds, and Reynolds Automotive. Meredith worked patiently (it’s scary buying a car!) with my sister to choose the perfect car for her and helped us both through the process of the next steps including the DMV, etc. I highly recommend Reynolds Automotive!”

“Absolutely amazing service and guidance. Totaled my vehicle and didn’t know what I wanted to purchase, was only given 10 days to get a new vehicle. Got referred to Sam through a family friend and he was a miracle worker. Told him what I was looking for and he guided me to the perfect vehicle for a steal of a price. Now I’m the happy new owner of a 2025 Honda CRV hybrid sport touring that I got for about 8k less than MMR price for a vehicle with only 7 miles on the odometer. Checked all my boxes and CRV was not even on my radar when looking for a new car. Strongly recommend, very happy with my vehicle and guidance through Sam. Strongly recommend!”

“We bought a van here in December of 2023. We waited a while to write a review to see how things went. The van has been great and exceeded our expectations. Sergi and his team were great to work with, answered all our questions, and addressed any concerns we had - even replaced parts that were not related to the salvaged title damage. We saved thousands of dollars and are extremely happy. Highly recommend!”

“I purchased a Nissan Quest from Long. He worked with my budget. He was upfront about the issues it had and when the issue surfaced, he was able to fix it for a fraction of what it would’ve cost at the dealership. At the time I was under a financial strain and at an extremely limited budget. He made it possible for me to get from point A to Point B for the months it took for me to get back on my feet. Long is honest and I will take my car to him before I take it anywhere else.”
