“Took our son here for jeans, a belt, a hat and shirts. He's super skinny, so we've had a bear of a time finding good jeans that fit him, but Rachael had him all fixed up in no time with items that were priced competitively, yet were good quality duds and got him the look that he wanted. In addition, it's great to support a local company that has everything we want and a super friendly and helpful sales staff. Highly recommend the folks at Nigro's over some chain store.”
“We love Kristina and the store because they care enough about the customer to keep things fresh, new, interesting, and plentiful! The store is vibrant and buzzing with energy all the time! But the best time is if you're shopping for something related to Hometown Spirit or local team love. They have entire rooms of Royals and Chiefs merch, but there's also things for ku, k-state, lots of local high schools, including some of the private Catholic schools which is kind of challenging stuff to come by unless you are buying directly from a booster club! I challenge anyone to walk in the store and not walk out buying something. If anything I think it can feel a little overwhelming to people because there's so many cool things. But that's also a really good thing because this means there is no one and nothing like this store in the Kansas City area. You're going to want to go out of your way to drive over here, Trust me. Bring the birthday list and the whole Christmas list. You're welcome.”

“1st time here. Was happy it was open on a Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly. 4/5 stars for no bugy/baskets-asked if we could pile items on counter while we continued to shop but we're only offered a canvas bag that didn't meet our needs, so we ended up spending only $200 vs the $2k we budgeted (was buying a few items for ourselves and planned to buy to donate the remainder) the franchise owner, Claudia and her daughter were very nice & familiar with brands/pricing.”

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I'm sure you stop in, youll find something you may like. “I want to give a huge thank-you to Ava and Katherine for their outstanding customer service! When the correct size of the dress I wanted wasn’t available in their store, they didn’t stop there. Both ladies went above and beyond, searching until they located the right size all the way in Mississippi. Thanks to their dedication and follow-through, the dress was delivered to me within just five days. In plenty of time for my daughter’s wedding!

“I am travelling from the south unexpectedly and ended up here during a winter storm without a jacket. I unbeknownst enter the store a few minutes after closing but they insisted they helped me. A few members helped pick out a perfect jacket inside my price range that was stylish and fit my XXL size. Now I'll be able to survive this stupid cold weather now. “Had found what I was looking for in the men’s clothing area. Assistant helped me check other stores on line for availability about sandals, but no one had the size we needed. Otherwise very friendly checking out a good experience over all shopping at the Kansas Speedway Kohl’s department store.”

“Line can get a little long at customer service. Return counter for Amazon is separate... Was informed incorrectly by employee in Sephora. Also, pickup can be either at the Amazon counter or customer service counter so it is frustrating if you waited in line at one to find out it is at the other. Staff are helpful and respectful though”

“Great service and very helpful staff. Sean was very professional when processing my order and showing me the firearms I was interested in. While my order/ background check was being processed I was wandering the store and had two other employees ask if I needed assistance. I haven’t had the chance to use the range but it appears to be a very nice and well maintained. Will definitely shop here again.”

“I loved this place I sure thought I was gonna be able to find me some jeans, I have a hard time finding my size, 30w 40 inseam. They have a lot to choose from. But I couldn't afford there prices for them. Maybe someday I will be able to go back and get me a pair. I did get myself a few outfits though. They are very cute on me, I also found a nice dress.”
“I generally do not write reviews, however I wanted to give a shout out to the young lady that helped me at Torrid Oak Park Mall last night. Her name is Mikayla (I hope I’m spelling it right), she walked around and talked with me and helped me pick out clothes for about an hour. I went in there without a clue what I wanted and after talking for a brief time she was already suggesting items to me, some of which I already owned, so it showed she really has a knack for matching clothes with personalities! She was so sweet and personable, so what you can to keep her around! I hope she’s there when I go back. Tell her the “fun theater teacher/mrs frizzle vibes” lady appreciates her!! :)”

“Practically everything is 50-60% off but a lot of places at the Legend's are due to them being Outlets but Eddie Bauer has Large Tall in-store which is incredibly rare. I have to order the majority of my professional shirts online due to being 6'3 so actually having them on hand in sweaters, jackets, pants, long and short sleeve T-shirts will have me coming back for a long time.”
