“🌟 Five stars for this place! After visiting two other auto parts stores yesterday in search of a very specific item for my Volvo—with no luck—I walked into NAPA and found exactly what I needed right away.

The two gentlemen working were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and even let me know they can order just about anything I might need for my car. After the poor experience I had at the other places (who shall remain nameless), I won’t be going back to them. NAPA is now my go-to, along with the Volvo parts department!”

“Have used this autobody shop a number of times. VERY PLEASED with the work they have done on our vehicles. They have stood behind their work and worked within the criteria of our insurance, gave us an accurate quote of their charges and the quote was within the amount paid by our insurance company. Their work is warrentied. We have hired them to fix our van doors and fender (not an insurance claim) very reasonable price, easy quick repair. After the great service we had received with our van we took our car there whem it had been serverly damaged with a deer collision. They got our car in the very next day and in less than 3 weeks we were back on the road with that car. Another shop in town said they would not be able to get to our car for over a month.

“Great place for parts but one of the downfalls though is it may take you one to three days to get your part. A little more expensive than other places. However, sometimes you get a quality part versus some of the things you might get it O'Reilly's or AutoZone. I have yet to find quality CV shafts in this town or Wichita for that matter. If you're looking for one of those you might call Detroit Axle.The people are very knowledgeable and one or two of them have been there many years. It would probably help their business if they came a little closer in on Central rather than out there in BF Egypt in a run down strip mall.”

“Incredible customer service. I walked in because my battery died up the street. Tony (one of the managers) drove me back to my car and tried to get it to jump. when that didn’t work I bought a new battery and another employee drove me back to my car and put it in for me. I couldn’t be more appreciative. Everyone was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend visiting this store.”
