I did like this bank until the teller tried to deny she gave me a closed account number for my paycheck! I needed a new account and she opened it for me, but gave me the old information on a information card. I needed this for my job to receive my check. Needless to say I DIDN'T get paid, because the teller didn't catch her mistake. She then tried to lie and say it wasn't her! It took EVERYTHING in me not to snap! The assistant manager barely tried to get my money into my account same day! They NEVER mentioned an extra day! It was not my fault that the teller gave me an closed account! If I would have had the RIGHT INFORMATION I would have been paid ON TIME! They didn't care AT ALL to correct their mistake!

My first experience with this bank was not a good one. Tried to use the drive up Atm (toddler in the car) and it was being serviced. Went through the teller lane to see of they could assist me on withdrawing cash and sat there for several minutes without anyone helping me, finally I just left and went to the other banks drive thru.

The people are great and service is on outstanding, but what's best is the enclosed parking area, it's great for storms that they are predicting hail.

I love the staff at intrust. They are always very helpful. Only downside is they no longer make loan decisions locally. :(
