I have noticed in the mornings There's only one person that puts out food in the morning even at 5 am but the rest of the people that do morning shift can barely get food out even by 630 am. Give that old lady a raise for her hard work.

This jump start has an amazing staff. They are always smiling, kind and working hard. I ordered pizza for the first time tonight and it is delicious as well 😋 and I was able to use points which made a whole medium 2 topping absolutely free. The new rewards system really does give the rewards back to the customer. The facility is always clean inside and out as well. I will continue to go to this specific location and couldn’t ask for better staff!!

Just met the new assistant manager who was completely disrespectful to the customers. Catching attitudes with anyone the got a fountain drink. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning yo this store for business. May 22' 2024 825pm. Worse experience in my life. My dad stated 2refills and they didn't hear it and he clocked an attitude about it. What disrespect.

Jana is a joy every time we go in and see her. She is a hard worker with a great attitude, and she always takes care of her customers. The store is clean and well stocked and one of the best gas stations in El Dorado.

Love to stop her when I'm passing through. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It is always clean and smells so good, either from the food being cooked or the staff cleaning.

Every thing about this business was the highest rating for the latest technology, lowest gas prices, cleanest bathrooms, friendly staff and good choices of merchandise. The coffee price was very low. The store merchandise was well stocked. I wish all thr places were like this throughout our trip.

The assistant manager makes you not want to return to this store. The young man is rude and very unprofessional. He is the only employee with a bad attitude. Its hurting their business.

Friendly employees. Most of the time gas is a little cheaper here. This is where we buy our gas. Clean store and restrooms.

Great customer service!! But omg please clean that store it is disgusting the soda machine has old syrup legs from the nozzles , dirt and debre all over the drink stations over filled garbage cans. They always have 3 to 5 employees standing around or going in and out for a smoke, pick up a rag and clean. I've always loved jumpstart because product price, bright and clean but this one is so dirty that it's making me have to go to quick trip.

Nun too happy. Up until today this store was a good place to go to get cheap fountain drinks and cheap lucky strikes. I'm standing outside the store waiting for my ride to show up and this poor young kid gets sent out to shoo me off the property. I understand this company doesn't like loitering but when I'm only outside for less than 5 minutes, why send out the new guy to ask me to leave their property????? I'm a paying customer! Guess they lost my business. Take a look at your policy jumpstart! Don't send the new guy!
