What a joke! Don't bother. They raise their "monthly" rate every year by $10-20/month. They're probably laughing because they know your stuff is stored and hey, when are you gonna find time to move it?Find somewhere to store that has a steady and stable rental rate.

Storage fees are reasonable, the place is secure. There are maybe options to make payment and the office staff is very helpful and friendly.

I have never rented from UPS before, and i needed to move an apartment.The lady at this location was very professional, and friendly. She explained the process to me and was very thorough... I get anxiety when I am confronted with new experiences, and she made it easy and straightforward. I really appreciated her help.

I had my storage with these guy's for 6 years and they been nothing but grateful to me. I've finally moved my stuff back to Texas, and Cindy had always been so helpful. I recommend anyone to this storage facility with a 10 star rating...

Friendly staff, locked key code gate. They restrict access during certain night hours and have several surveillance cameras. I have rented from them twice and have had no problems. Will continue to be a customer!
