Bought equipment from former manager, when warranty issue came up current manager refused to honor warranty that was previously issued to me. He refused to allow any accommodation of any kind. Been doing business in this store for years, we are done.

Came in to pay unpayed balance on phone and with the help of the associate Chris was able to get it all taken care of easily with home Internet and new service quite easily and saved quite a bit was very impressed with his ability to get everything taken care of which we were unable to do with the online phone Representatives we're definitely recommend going to the store

Chris at the ElDorado, Ks.store, went above and beyond in helping me with my new phone. He added the information my phone needed to make it 100% ready to go. While at the store, I observed this man multi-task in greeting and helping customers! In our 25 years plus as Verizon customers, he has been the best ever. Just met this person today. Use him as an example in training future employees. Thanks!

Even though I am tech challenged he made it all easy and never made me feel uneasy explaining as we went through the process. Great job taking care of me as well as others that came into the store. Tyler was awesome.
