The owners are so nice and professional. They will go out of their way to help you with anything. Last night was a young lady's birthday and the owners brought cake out for everyone and we sang Happy Birthday to her. I really got blessed finding this place!!! I really love it here the rent is affordable and all bills paid. I have free cable TV which is DirecTV. Every room has refrigerator and microwave.. they have setting areas all around and the other people live in here so far has been very nice ?
Rooms: My room nice and clean. I have a great view out my windows front and back...
Nearby activities: Senior citizen center close by and Parks.And they will deliver food to your room, once a day...
Safety: They have surveillance cameras. The area is well lit up at night and very safe to live here.
Walkability: Post offices across the street and three restaurants in walking distance. And a good-sized grocery store just a half a block away. A convenience store right around the corner. A Dollar general about four blocks away.

(Denny) This place is absolutely amazing!! It's family owned and the owners are wonderful. They will help you out with anything you need and invite you to be a part of any celebrations they have going on; which makes you feel like whatever you are going through you are not alone . Everyone always recognizes you and says hello. The rooms and area are good and safe. You have everything you need here and the grocery store is within walking distance; if you don't have transportation. I will say for the price you absolutely cannot go wrong! A hidden gem right here in Elkhart KS!

I recently moved to this neighborhood after retiring, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The family-friendly environment is very welcoming and relaxing, perfect for those seeking a quieter lifestyle. Additionally, it’s a very safe area, which provides a lot of peace of mind. Everything I need is nearby, from grocery stores to medical centers and parks. It’s the ideal place to enjoy this new stage of my life.

I’ve stayed there 3 times in the last 2 years and they have steadily improved. They are very friendly and accommodating. I’m glad they are pet friendly and making improvements. We will be staying again in a few days.

Rooms: Beautiful clean room, couldn't ask for more. Small and tall dresser, lamp, chair, clothes hanging rack, small fridge and microwave, towels and clothes in the bathroom, nice standing shower, air conditioner, tv with direct TV or cable. I'll check on wifi, but I believe so. ✔️ Great management who would borrow u a space heater if you're a freeze baby. Paintings on the wall. Clean, nice. Would only put a safety lock on the top of door and fishbowl viewers to see outside, for better inside security. ??
Safety: Good, quiet, well managed with security camera, and drive thru driveway for good vision of surroundings, and present neighbors.
Food and drinks: Right by small local restaurants and convenience store in the middle of town.

This place has REALLY been cleaned up and the new owners are helping make downtown Elkhart a better place to be. This was such a needed change for Elkhart. We have been very satisfied with our room and service.Nearby activities: Mitchell Movie theater, gas stations, convenient stores, Barr T Beef, city parks, and a quiet small town experience.Walkability: Close to convenient stores and downtown Elkhart strip.

Me and my family needed a nice place to stay on our way to visit relatives. Have to say it was clean, very friendly and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place.Safety: We felt very safe, no issues.

Nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean rooms at a great price! Staff was great to deal with and very accommodating. Had a plan change and they helped us out on a later check out. This was my 4th time to use them and will def be back! D.

The owners of the hotel, are really very nice people The room is clean it has a microwave and a TV. I was very pleased with the room in the warm, kind friendliness of the owners and staff. There are three restaurants right across the street and one at the premises, i was very pleased with the visit.
