“The price to file is more than what we understood it would be and if I understand correctly you can file w H&R online free. Other companies are very minimum and we didn't minimize. Nice lady, very understandable. Only one lady in the office had to wait a bit past time of appointment time. She kinda explained while going through each step. Would be better if she would ask more questions about any thing possible to make sure we have everything possible. Also making things in lumens terms. Love being able to get preapproved for loan right before Christmas and also preapproved for an advance while waiting on the IRS to except and return our taxes.”
