I had a great experience! Jennifer Bettenbrock is amazing! She is so kind! She even gave me her old phone to use to get by until mine was up and running! I definitely recommend going to see her for your cell needs!!

We were helped by Danelle. She was very knowledgeable and helped us switch from Verizon. Our NEX-TECH phones have better coverage and we have unlimited data. We only wish we would have switched sooner.

Very friendly and helpful people work there. The coverage wasn't what I needed, but it was easy to try out, and cancelling was not a problem.
