“We had a breakdown on a Saturday afternoon on I 71. Randy's sent out a truck (Logan) to tow us back into Ellsworth. Just the nicest guy, gave us suggestions on things to do on Sunday. Couldn't get the part needed until Monday morning, which we completely understood. First thing Monday morning the part arrived by 8:30am. Joe the owner was immediately on top of it. Had it done in 30 minutes. I can't say enough about how personable every one was. Do business with these people. They will take care of you.”

“Motorhome broke down while towing my crv. Wound up with both vehicles needing to be towed as lost a CV axle on the drive down in crv. That bill was WAY less than I expected it to be. This was a Saturday. The owner searched for me a radiator for my motorhome in his inventory but came up empty then spent hours on the phone locating one for me. They let me stay in their lot without charging a dime more than the tow fee for any of it until Monday when I was allowed to borrow a company pickup to run to the town over and get parts. Very amazing experience. Awesome people. Caring and giving family owned business and it shows in everything they do. Thank you again George and Edi!!!”
