Made a reservation at a location, got an email the day before saying its avaliable for pick up an hour and a half away. Rude on the phone, wouldn't try to work with us, worthless company.

Had a breakdown on the way home to Ohio from Colorado they gave me a tow from two exit away down I-70 and fixed it and ready to go by morning with what a call a fair price
