I went in the store today in Elwood Kansas
about 4:30 pm after it reopened ... up from a remodel. Had a basket full of stuff that was 0 in the app was not ringing up that way . I told her I wanted her to ring it up and hit total and she took off running to wirh the basket.. saying it's full price. We're putting it back on the shelf. If that was the case, why . wouldn't she just sell it to me.. I did her job for her while she probably took that stuff home for herself. Want you to know who this is it would have been on camera at about 5:30 pm today. thanks. I don't appreciate being lied to. Have a blessed day.

Associates are rude. Nothing is ever in stock. Usually rolling carts blocking aisles everywhere

Terrible! The shelves are never stocked. The products are still in boxes, blocking the aisles. Employees go out to smoke or make personal calls, right in front of the door, as soon as customers walk in. Then customers have to wait for the employee to come back in to be rang up. Horrible customer service!
