“Guys I can’t tell you enough how thankful I was to go here after my experience with Saint Joseph post office. I was treated so kindly by all staff. They listened and explained the process of obtaining a passport and they cared enough to answer any questions I had. They were able to joke and laugh with us which made our experience all the better. Truthfully, I was so hurt and traumatized by the lack of professionalism and inhumane treatment I received from Saint Joseph post office, I wasn’t sure that this one would be any better... but I was so wrong. I’d gladly drive 10 minutes more to go to this post office than ever set foot in the other one again. These people deserve a raise and some serious thanks for all they do to put a smile on their customers faces. ♥️”
“I just had a pleasant experience this morning. Because of the snow I figured my local postal deliver was not going to pickup my letters that had to go out today. So I went to the office here on Frederick. I was surprised to see the window open & Alan standing there waiting on customers. He was able to assist me with my letters & I got more stamps. "They" keep talking about closing this station down but it is still open & active. Even on a snowy Saturday!”

I don't review often but after reading so many negative reviews, I had to chime in. I'm not from St Joseph but from Kansas City. I've lived here for 24 yrs. You have no idea how personal your service is compared to a large city.”

“The people here are pretty friendly. I get money orders here and they were actually out of them a couple months ago..that's wacky. I also had no idea people still bought stamps...haven't they heard of email or automatic bill pay? Well hmm..I'm buying money orders so I'm still in the 80's too.”
