“I can’t believe how awesome Mr . Scott and his customers were . I mention his customers but it’s because of type or leader of men that Mr. Scott Miller is , i say this without a doubt . He went very above and beyond to help me as i was a short walk from his store and broke down in middle of highway. Needed a starter for a Semi truck had it in stock . Assisted me with getting tools and the since starter was heavy had one of his employees drive me back to breakdown . And finally a lesson i will never ever forget … how to clock a new starter to match the old one . He drove down after closing his store up and made sure i was okay and then caught that starter was not clocked like original and showed me . Probably the best breakdown and successful experience i have had in 14 years of trucking . If i didnt learn how to clock the starter i woulda been there through the night and calling a mechanic tomorrow. You wont get a better retailer or man to shop through . Be blessed as i was ,by shopping locally at your Napa.”

“Shoutout to Noal at the Emporia Autozone! He went above and beyond to get me back on the road after having a flat tire on I-35 coming into Emporia. He advised a good tire plug to fix my tire, so I would have a spare for my return trip to KC and happily plugged the tire for me in the store parking lot in about 5 minutes. I’m extremely grateful!”
“It is really a very good workshop, they check that everything is fine, they don't give you the truck until everything is fine. The treatment towards the client is very good, they take you to the hotel if necessary and they pick you up at the hotel. They recommend a very good hotel, apparently it is the best in the city. And from 155.00 a night they give you a discount and you only pay 64.99. The stay was pleasant although the cost of the repair hurt me deeply hahaha”

The man you jumped me was super amazing and walked me through what he was doing and told me what to do. I was able to get my jeep started and they got me a new battery right away.
