“I had a break down on my truck at the Loves gas station near this shop coming from WI headed to AZ. I called them and they said they'd look at it. Had to have it towed there by an awesome tow company called Williams Towing. They hooked up the diagnostic computer to it, turned out the Mass Airflow Sensor went bad. They called the local parts place Napa had the part sent to the shop in like 20 minutes and I was back on the road. Awesome service and quick response to get a traveler out of there state going as they where booked. They didn't overcharge me like most shops would've.That goes a long ways!! Thanks again guys!!!! ?”
“I broke down in the Flint Hills area of central Kansas in my Freightliner Cascadia, and was towed to Blackcreek Diesel Repair in Emporia,and what a great bunch of guys! They replaced the turbo on my truck, but accidentally cracked one of the metal coolant lines, which was an honest mistake, because the coolant lines run right behind the turbo, and it is kind of a tight fit. Unfortunately, it ruptured two days later and finally snapped in half, being a freight shaker I'm sure contributed to the exacerbation! So I was broke down again, but was able to repair roadside by another road mechanic in KC. I called Blackcreek, and talked to Clint, the owner, and told him what happened, and he said he would take care of it. I sent him the invoice, and he is a man of his word, and he paid it!! Clint and his guys ad great value when it comes to taking care of their customers, I wish there were more folks like this in the DFW area!
So if you're in the Central Kansas area anywhere close to Emporia, don't waste your time with anyone else, take it to Blackcreek Repair, and you'll be able to rest better, knowing that you will be taken care of, I highly recommend !!!”
“Casey Reyes has been the front desk man for a several times I have gone into get my oil changed. I called with an hour and a half before close and asked if I could get an oil change in before the end of the day and he graciously invited me to come on down. Everytime I’ve interacted with him he’s been professional and courteous. I need a new air filter and he brought the old one to me and showed me how bad it was rather than simply telling me I needed a new one. He showed transparency and provided evidence for the necessity of the replacement. I will be back!”

“It is really a very good workshop, they check that everything is fine, they don't give you the truck until everything is fine. The treatment towards the client is very good, they take you to the hotel if necessary and they pick you up at the hotel. They recommend a very good hotel, apparently it is the best in the city. And from 155.00 a night they give you a discount and you only pay 64.99. The stay was pleasant although the cost of the repair hurt me deeply hahaha”
“Great service!!! My son's car broke down heading from OKC to KS on a Saturday morning he was by himself doesn't know much about cars I was so worried. Delgados was open and they checked his car out didn't try to sell him a bunch of work he didn't need and aloud him to stay there until his coach picked him up after hours! I can not thank them enough! They even came to open the gate Sunday afternoon so we can tow the car back to OKC they didn't have to do that, they were closed Sunday! Friendly people great and customer service. Highly recommend.”

“This is the one to call for any and all tow and repairs. So thankful to get back on the road. We were towing an RV when the fuel pump went out. They found some additional problems and fixed them at an affordable price. They allowed me to plug into their power and run the ac. Cant say enough about how easy they made this.
