“So impressed with these guys! My MIL needed me to take her car for an oil change. She has used this place for many years and trusts them. The young guy who now owns this place is friendly, professional, and was multi-tasking like crazy. A couple of other people came in who have used Gene's for years too. They completed the oil change in about 15 minutes. It cost $63 though for a mid-sized SUV. Still, it's hard to find honest car guys like these.”
“New to town and needed some work done on a new to me vehicle. Saw the reviews for Floyd’s and decided to give them a call. Lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and they were able to get me in rather quick. While waiting for my ride they went over my vehicle and noticed a few other things that could be addressed and quoted me a very fair price and offered to get them done the same day. Picked it up that evening and the total was even less than I had been quoted. A few days later I noticed a small issue with something they had done for me and brought it by the shop. Spoke with John who while maybe not the warmest and fuzziest guy I’ve dealt with over the years offered to make the repair and he scheduled me in for their next opening. They fixed the issue at no additional charge and had it ready for me when I got off work. A shop that stands behind their work is a rare find these days, Floyd’s went above and beyond in doing that. “For the mechanical work I would give 5 stars, but the customer service could definitely improve. One bad apple can ruin the entire bunch. An employees personal issues should never interfere in anyway with business. Hopefully they will learn that and do better.”

“These guys are awesome my starter on my kenworth went out while I was at the blue beacon truck wash. These guys came down and not only pulled me out but also helped pull start the truck and get me back on the road. “Yesterday I had 4 falken 35x12.5x18 put on my Jeep. Everyone was very nice and did a great job , lugs torqued to specs, right air pressure. I have to say drove to kansas city afterwards and these tires are boss. Smoth ride, tested at 85mph with no issues, rain on way home, tried to spin them at stop light but grip wouldn't let me. Totally pleased.”

“It is really a very good workshop, they check that everything is fine, they don't give you the truck until everything is fine. The treatment towards the client is very good, they take you to the hotel if necessary and they pick you up at the hotel. They recommend a very good hotel, apparently it is the best in the city. And from 155.00 a night they give you a discount and you only pay 64.99. The stay was pleasant although the cost of the repair hurt me deeply hahaha”

“Lance and John worked diligently to fit us in after we were towed and had to spend the night in our RV in the parking lot. They made a not-fun experience bearable with their hospitality and kindness. Everything was explained to us and we were back on the road in a couple days. The experience was less expensive than it would have been because they were so considerate of us. We are very grateful to them for the help, friendly atmosphere, and prioritizing our RV to get us back home quicker. Many thanks, and definitely recommending them, especially for larger rig issues. Their bays are huge, and can accommodate RVs or semi trucks!”
“Great service!!! My son's car broke down heading from OKC to KS on a Saturday morning he was by himself doesn't know much about cars I was so worried. Delgados was open and they checked his car out didn't try to sell him a bunch of work he didn't need and aloud him to stay there until his coach picked him up after hours! I can not thank them enough! They even came to open the gate Sunday afternoon so we can tow the car back to OKC they didn't have to do that, they were closed Sunday! Friendly people great and customer service. Highly recommend.”

They found some additional problems and fixed them at an affordable price. They allowed me to plug into their power and run the ac. Cant say enough about how easy they made this. “This business is a lifesaver! While traveling from KC to Wichita on I-35, my tire blew out and my bumper became loose. I was stranded about 40 miles north of Emporia, and it was getting close to closing time for most of the tire shops nearby. Mel's sent out a tech, who put in a new tire, popped my bumper back in, and even patched it up with some duct tape til I could get it secured. Thanks a million!!!!”
