“I have several personal and business accounts with ESB. Everyone from the tellers to the loan officers are super friendly and helpful. They are amazing at dealing with problems and being responsive on phone. The only issue I have had is an over protective fraud alert system that will sometimes lock my debit card up if I spend money, or use an ATM when I am out of town.”

They helped me with a good loan for the house purchase, and after 2 years handling my account and loan, I have not yet had a problem with them. “Tellers are nice and helpful even if you're not a current customer of their bank. I was shocked about the third time I entered the bank to cash a paycheck they greeted me by name and I'm not even a customer of the bank. Spoiler most Fridays when I go to cash my paycheck they also have popcorn freshly popped that they offer to their customers.”
