“New to town and needed some work done on a new to me vehicle. Saw the reviews for Floyd’s and decided to give them a call. Lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and they were able to get me in rather quick. While waiting for my ride they went over my vehicle and noticed a few other things that could be addressed and quoted me a very fair price and offered to get them done the same day. Picked it up that evening and the total was even less than I had been quoted. A few days later I noticed a small issue with something they had done for me and brought it by the shop. Spoke with John who while maybe not the warmest and fuzziest guy I’ve dealt with over the years offered to make the repair and he scheduled me in for their next opening. They fixed the issue at no additional charge and had it ready for me when I got off work. A shop that stands behind their work is a rare find these days, Floyd’s went above and beyond in doing that.
