Worst customer service ever!!!! Can't even speak to a live person! Only a computer answering service that provides ZERO HELP! Do better FEDEX!

My husband has cancer medications he needs. We specifically asked them to deliver at 4:00 or after so someone would be here to sign for it. They keep coming at noon. He has called them every day to repeat the request.

My package was just thrown out in the yard and it is suppose to rain. Glad I was home and was watching for it!
