I am still in a shock state. I take pain medication to deal with some severe pain issues and I came up 17 pills short. On an opioid. I immediately panicked because no one ever believes a person who claims their medicine, especially pain medication was short. I texted the store (Haag Pharmacy) and was told they count twice. So yeah, I had to fight a bit but I was finally put through to the owner, Amber and begged her to check her cameras and prove me wrong because I knew 100% I was right. It took a few days because they are really busy but the cameras were checked and I received my 17 pills i was short and an apology which is all I wanted. This is why I will never use another Pharmacy. The owner here is amazing and took good care of me. Thank ya'll for that. This is a position I will never be in again as I will just count my pills when I get them. I suggest every one, no matter what Pharmacy you go to, do this so there cannot be a problem to start with.

They are having difficulty with their call ins for medicines. They should disconnect until it is fixed. That would have been easier than calling it in and your meds not being acknowledged.

Kind staff, multiple services (i.e. Shingles vacc). Have been helpful to me and also to an elderly family member who needed special services. I am thankful for Haag Pharmacy.

My husband and I have been a loyal and dedicated customer to Haag Pharmacy for close to a decade or more. There have been several instances where we've gone to pick up our prescriptions and some were missing, they had to order more in, or we had to sit 15+ minutes in their drive thru waiting for a script to be filled. This is understandable EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. We've been patient, we've come back at a later time, etc. In my head I was thinking..."It's a busy day," "It's a Monday," "It's a Friday," but this has turned into a common occurance where now something has happened EVERY TIME we go to pick up our prescriptions. We've put our meds on automatic renewal to make it "easy" so the meds should be there, right? Well after the 3rd+ time when we show up once we've received the text that the meds are ready, only to find out half of our prescriptions were missing, it wasn't correct, or there was another issue. However, today was the final straw. I renewed via the phone system Monday (which was a holiday) since we were going to be out of town during the automatic renewal date. I received a text this morning, "We are currently filling your RX, we will call when it's ready." I received a call, but missed it and they didn't leave a message. I assumed (there's my mistake) that it was ready, so I drove to town to find out 1-One RX was completely out of stock and not able to fill, 2-They only had a partial of my 2nd RX AND IT WAS NOT YET FILLED. Then the lady at the window continued to argue with me about what the text message actually said. I'm pretty sure when it says, "we are filling your prescription" means at least the partial amount would be available at 5:00 pm to pick up without having to sit in the drive thru and wait again. I'm done being patient with the inconsistency of Haag Pharmacy. There have been more times where there was an issue than not. It's too bad when you try to support a local pharmacy that they can't seem to get it right after giving many opportunities...You've lost this family's business and I recommend finding an alternative for anyone looking for a pharmacy.

My husband and I were both excited when we qualified for the Covid Vaccine, but our excitement quickly became a frustration, trying to find a vaccination site that would give the vaccine around our work schedules. Haag Pharmacy was flexible and friendly. It was obvious at our appointments that they were very knowledgable. Our appointment went very smoothly. Thank you to Amber Haag and her amazing staff.

It is nice to be with a pharmacy that knows who I am when I walk in. Kinda like cheers with medications lol. Been going here for years. They deliver for free although I usually pick up.

Always so friendly with kids & out of their way helpful in answering questions. My kids love getting stickers & lollipops. I get scowls when they know I went WITHOUT them. This afternoon’s request -from a sticker my 5 yr old got 5 days ago & still has... Can you draw me this silly skinny arm lion sticker bigger so I can color it? After a long river trail hike (for 5yr old), and an hour long wait at school for brothers late circus trip bus... Of course I can...How big?

There was some sort of issue with almost every order I had with them. Set up for delivery when I specifically requested to pick up/vice versa, on and on. Never any acknowledgement of or apology for the errors on their end. “That's what I was told†or “that's what the computer told meâ€. Final straw was filling a prescription for an expensive ointment for my son's eczema. They somehow didn't receive the prescription the first time, and I had it resent. The pharmacy let me know that the insurance company would need evidence that we had tried other treatments before this prescription in order to cover the claim. I checked back a week and a half later and was told that everything was good and it was a $0 copay. They had to order it in and it would be delivered the next week. I call the day that it's supposed to be delivered and let them know that I would actually like to pick it up. I receive a call back shortly after, letting me know that the prescription was actually going to cost over $800. The lady that I had spoken to, who told me about no copay, say she doesn't know what happened- that's what the computer told her. They didn't even have my insurance on my son's account. No apology, just indifference. Pathetic service and no ownership of problems they cause.

This pharmacy will go out of their way to help you. They have an after hours phone in case of emergency, they will go to your Dr.'s office and pick up prescription paperwork and then fill it and even deliver it for free. They might take a bit more time getting them filled, but if you plan ahead they will call, text, or email you when your order is ready. This really is a great pharmacy!
