This store used to be great, before they moved and expanded. When they did, all prices gradually started to raise. Keep in mind, they get this stuff for free. They don’t care if clothing has stains or holes, they’ll still price it regularly. There was a toy set that was a doctor set retaped in its box and they had the same price as retail. People come here for USED or DISCOUNTED stuff because they can’t afford retail. Some denim is marked up to $15 and shirts with new tags they get from discount stores are marked up to $20-$30. This stuff just sits there and doesn’t sell and will end up in a landfill. If people wanted to pay those prices they’d go to the mall. This is the Midwest and they think they can price things like this is the west coast. The majority of people shopping at this location are broke students and elderly. DO BETTER.

Yesterday we was in the store in Emporia ks. And I found an ergonomic mause with no price. My husband asked that they put a price on it and a young lady came out to say she was sorry but that article should no have been for sale because it will to be sale online because it is very expensive. I think that those hinds of store are for buying things that we don't have the possibility buy at normal price

My only issue with my last visit was I had rode to the store on my bicycle and had limited space to get items i found there. 100% not their fault.i found a set top bluray player (had HDMI cable but no remote, wireless phone charger / UV disinfecting box(with instructional booklet.pair of name brand athletic sneakers and a new uv blocking sunglasses still in sealed retail bag.All this was just over $9. Everything worked, but if it had not they have a short but fair window to return or refund stuff.

This goodwill always is fun to look around in, even when not getting anything. There are so many things that are good and cheap. I may not always find what I am looking for, but is still walking out with something that I'll put to good use. I love seeing what kind of gadgets are coming in through out my visits.

No fitting rooms, even though we are now in a post-covid world. How in the world am I supposed to know if something fits or not before I try it on? Outrageous! Get with the times!

I stopped here on the way through. I was very pleased and surprised with the pricing. Boots at Goodwill in Oklahoma City are $12 and here they were $4. The clothing price is substantially less than the locations in Oklahoma. This location the day I stopped didn't have much on the high end of quality but was very well organized and clean overall. It does not have a public restroom ( since I was traveling this would have been a plus ) I spent about $25 in 15 minutes of looking and was very pleased with my finds. I would definitely stop here again if my travels take me within 20-30 minutes drive from here. The staff was friendly and made sure a breakable item was bagged safe for travel. one note for staff, there were not very many size markers on the racks even though the clothing was properly divid... dividers at the beginning of every rack and again when they change is helpful. And I stopped at Do-B's to eat too! 1 block away ... dont miss it!!

This store almost always has everything we are looking for! My sister and I go to this store every weekend and we always enjoy the trip. They have half-off-a-specific-color every day (of course switching the colors). However the Goodwill card doesn’t save you much money. The staff is mostly very friendly. It is required that you wear a mask in this store at this time. The prices are great as well!

I look at this store before i go and buy new some of the clothing there (and a few other items) are walmart brand (nothing bad about walmart clothing) but they are marked the same price and sometimes even more than even walmart asks ... Just wish it was like my home town store they never price high they price to sell. The cashier i had was rude and never made eye contact. Its not that i have to shop at your store but i choose to please dont treat others as they are poor or below you just because you are working for a store. I know this may come accross as rude but you are human like everyone else on the face of earth you should treat your customers as just that, just as you would want to be treated if you were shopping there for yourself and your children. Its respect its human error that makes people uncomfortable shopping in this store every chance they get instead of the "bigger chain stores.
