Over the past year, I’ve been training with Bryson Bitler, and the growth I’ve experienced is unmatched. Not only did he teach me how to properly lift weights and build strength, but he also helped me develop a healthier lifestyle in a way that’s easy and functional. The confidence I’ve gained both in and out of the gym has grown exponentially.
