This company took excellent care of me when my vehicle had broken down. They even picked me up from enterprise when enterprise was all out of vehicles and were quick. If I ever need another car rental this would be the one I recommend by far in the emporia area.

I had a fantastic experience renting a car from Hertz in Emporia, KS, and I want to give a special thanks to Will for his amazing service. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. Will went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel like a valued customer. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly made the experience stand out.

Needed a last minute rental, I called and they said they had something for me. I showed up and the people there didn’t know how to check out the cars. They took my name and phone number down and said someone else would call me later. 4 days later I still haven’t received a call.

Had agreement to get rental car 2-1, spouse waited at store for an hour and more for the lady to help him as she had a family emergency. Issue is if you have an agreement to get a rental someone has to be available. We'd already dropped our vechile off to get repairs so literally stuck there. Thankfully repair place let husband have his car back or he'd be sstranded and late to work. Lady then told him to come in at 9am on 2-2. Husband again waited in store for an hour to get his rental vechile, even though stated he could get at 9am.

What a great experience! The folks at Hertz had me in a car and on the road super-fast. Less time than what it took for me to jump through several hoops on the phone talking with another car rental outfit that starts with the letter E. Hertz had very knowledgable and friendly staff. Thanks!

My insurance company had me go through them to rent a car while mine is being fixed due to an accident. They were absolutely horrible to work with and so rude. I never knew it would be so difficult to get a car rented. The guy I talked to acted like he was annoyed that I even called. He had no manners and made me feel like I was bothering him. Needless to say I ended up having to go through Enterprise to get a car because I couldn't get anyone to call me back or call my insurance company back. I don't recommend anyone to bother trying with this place.
