Make sure you do not want to return anything because they have a no return policy so if you spend a few hundred dollars on something that does not work for you and the person at the store told you it would work there is no return.

Pretty poor customer service. Apparently this place is a furniture store, too. When I walked in the furniture store part was busy but no one was even at the Radio Shack part of the store. Nobody even bothered to look up to say "Hi," "Be right with you," or anything. I called the store number while I was standing there. Voice mail. Stood around for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to greet a customer...they never did, so I left. I got the feeling that a customer leaving was probably not that big a deal. It must happen a lot. No worries, I won't ever be back.

Understaffed and the employees are arrogant. If you go there be prepared to be ignored and treated like you're unimportant.

This is the worst place i have ever done business with i can see y most have closed there doors if it is ran like this place is ran i bought a scanner never opened because when I got home seen it would not work yes my fault for not making sure it was right be for I bought it tried to return would not return and than wanted a 25% restock fee To finally return it it was on there shelf not a special order or anything

They fixed my phone screen in a timely manner and everything still works perfectly. They also had helpful suggestions for future prevention of breaking my screen; such as, liquid glass screen protector and an otterbox case.

Save your time and money and don't go there. I called to get a device repaired even though I've only heard bad things about them. Very bad customer service, very rude, and they refused to fix my device because they claim it's too expensive. Even the Verizon worker I spoke to said they were disappointed in them.

Went to buy a gift for my husband 12/24 and it was not compatible with our system, didn't even open it up had the receipt and they want to chatge for a restocking fee tgat they did not disclose so the gift was $300 and they want to charge $75 DO NOT buy from them

Had to wait 20 seconds for the guy running the front desk to finish up a text only for him to be rude to me about a repair they were doing on my iPad. Terrible customer service will never be back

I forget we even have this place. But here it is.Been decades since I've been in one so it was kind of neat to poke around a bit. Stepped up their game a little with some bigger names, as well as some of the same older ones. Good for some items in a pinch or looking around for some tech for yourself or gifts. Pricing is a little higher than online, but that's everywhere.Give them a look.

Fast friendly service, they have helped me out twice with two different phones.one needed cleaned so it could charge the other needed a screen replacement.Customer service was great both times. Each time only took a couple of hours, and we brought them in both times at the end of the day. They had both fixed before closing time each time.And they demonstrated some very cool wireless headphones I’am thinking about buying in the future. If you have phone problems give McCoy’s a call. Great service and knowledge! I've been leaning towards a camera doorbell but I was unsure which brand to go with. Josh covered the pros and cons of brand and I ended up purchasing the Nest Hello. It's a great product and I love having it!
