They offered me a promotion that I was going to receive of $400 for each new line I transferred. Which they never gave me because they say the seller didn't do his job. I don't care if he did it right or not, but a company throws away its image by saying that..??? I called for 3 months hoping to have a positive response and it was always no way... it is clear to me that they are incompetent in everything... if they respond to this message saying I am sorry for your bad experience, it is better not to do it. Be correct so as not to deceive people.

I went to T-Mobile seeking assistance with my phone, a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G and to purchase an Otterbox Defender Pro case for the same phone. I wasn't sure that the staff could or would help me since I'm not a T-Mobile subscriber, but my carrier uses the T-Mobile towers and I was hoping that would be enough. The young lady that assisted me was very kind, patient (I'm an old man), and was able to setup my phone so that I could use it away from home. I had attempted to follow the written directions provided by my carrier, but I apparently lacked the necessary youthfulness and familiarity with modern telephonics.

I was in a really bad mood from being up all night and wasn't the nicest after we found out we had issues with our new Iphone not having the correct numbers. Thaivanh was still very patient and went above and beyond to help us.

T MOBILE actually made a good thing worse. Dont understand what's goin on with this company but they are outta whack. Been lied to so many times by this company it's actually scarry when they rell me dont worry I got you this time. Hasn't happened. Think I'm movin on.

The Team at this store is fantastic!! took care of my 97 year old father and were so nice and helpful. other stores should learn from there example..And Taylor needs a promotion and a raise!! Again thanks guys!!

Adela was very helpful and patient while helping us get all of our lines converted from Sprint to TMobile. We did trade ins to new phones and she navigated the process seamlessly. I would recommend her every single time. Thank you Adela!

Osiel hang in there…feel for you…your co-worker was very Lazy and when he did help it was like we the customers were bothering him…because he had to walk away from the computer he had his face stuck in…you deserve to have a equal co-worker not someone who feels in titled to barks orders and watch you struggle to do it all…maybe why other workers have left…no one would listen to there concerns about the lazy work ethic the supervisor has…

Kyle and Ashley are some of the best and most professional employees I’ve interacted with at a phone store. They were very friendly, relatable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, helpful. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

Went to get new phone seemed everything not in stock or on back order. My brand they don't carry anymore. Wanted one compared to mine. They wanted to push high dollar phones. I don't need or want them. They were not even sure of other to brands that were cheaper kept pushing expensive phones on me I left.

The store employees are awesome! The company ("customer service"), however, is another story. Here's the Reader's Digest version of today's events: I'm transferring my Home Connect service (opened years ago with Sprint) to another carrier. To keep my current phone number, I need my account number and the account PIN number so my numbercan be ported in. They can easily send the numbers to me via sms message, but only to the phone number associated with the account. It's a wireless land line, and can't receive anything other than calls. I had to drive to my original Sprint store and they were able to give me my account number. Their system, however, was "down" at the time so they couldn't help me retrieve my PIN number. They told me to go to the Other T-Mobile store across town. Did that. The young man who helped me, Bryan, is fantastic! He patiently called a specific number for customer service. I was transferred repeatedly, only to have the exact same conversation with those three as I had earlier when calling from home. After at least two hours total on the phone with them, there is no resolution.

We came to pay my phone ? bill from sprint and t-mobile there store was clean the employees were very helpful with our questions there's one girl name Rachel she good of everything she very helpful with anything we have to say to her ill give them 5 star ? great

My experience was amazing at this store. If you go ask for Kyle or Chelsi! He is very nice and truly cares about his customers. If anyone needs a phone please go talk to Kyle he will hook you up! Thank you for an amazing experience.
