About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service is a secure, reliable, and affordable organization delivering to every residential and business address. This local Post Office offers walk-in passport services. Reviews note that for the most part, customers are happy with the mail service. Some report amazing experiences with very helpful staff who resolve difficulties and make a bad day better. A common and ongoing complaint from some addresses is that carriers consistently do not come fully onto the porch to deliver and pick up mail, which can result in outgoing mail not being collected promptly. Despite this, many express gratitude for the help received at this location.

Don't was awesome, He made sure to put tape over the do not bend ink stamps to ensure it wouldn't smudge off. Above and beyond!

I went through some difficulties with receiving forwarded mail after I moved to Emporia (not the fault of the local facility), and John went to a lot of trouble to straighten it out, even calling me a few days later to make sure everything had been resolved. I am very grateful for the help.
