Auburn pharmacy always made sure that my husband had all his medications when it mattered most. He was on hospice, and they treated me with a lot of respect.

Convenient for Eudora residents, but very inconsistent. I almost always have to correct them in giving me the correct amount of medication, putting it through insurance, etc. (for generic BCP, shouldn’t be anything crazy). They are nice but in my experience, you really need to double check everything. Also, the only reliable way to get medication is to go in and then wait while they fill it. Have yet to have the automated phone system/talking to a person on the phone work, they still just fill it when I get there. I wish they could improve some of their processes. They are usually nice at least.

I'm not sure what happened but this pharmacy has gone down hill fast. They frequently short us on medications and then tell us there are no refills left when there are. We end up having to be the middle man between the pharmacy and our doctors. I have completely switched to another pharmacy. Although not as convenient to get to, the other pharmacy has much better hours and a drive through.

Orders filled wrong, rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this place. A word of advice...Go somewhere else!!!

We have used Auburn Pharmacy in Eudora since it opened. And I have always loved it. The staff has been wonderful. BUT recently we have had one bad experience after another, especially with one rude male employee. I hate to think about moving to a different pharmacy, but it just doesn't seem the same anymore. I hope they get back to the great customer service we have always enjoyed.

I used to love this pharmacy, but since they became the only pharmacy in town they have gotten horrible. They consistently lie about when they receive medication refill requests and take no accountability for delays in refills.

The staff at Auburn go above and beyond. I have recently been through an experience where I have Had multiple complicated new prescriptions that changed a lot over the past year. The staff went above and beyond to help me find another pharmacy that could fill my medication immediately when I waited too long to request a refill and it was a Saturday. I showed up 10 minutes before they were closing, the staff members stayed behind after closing time calling multiple pharmacies to find me a medication that I required. They did not give up until we found one. Then they went through the process to transfer the prescription for me by this time it was well after closing. The medication I am on can make me forgetful and they have been so helpful helping me sync the prescriptions and everything now it’s all set up on auto refill. I apologize I am terrible with names and I cannot personally thank the employees but I would like them to know how much I appreciate them. Also the fact that you deliver for people who cannot drive is amazing and one of the best things about a small independent pharmacy. Please remember to support small businesses neighbors in Eudora. Used to be such a great efficient pharmacy and such great staff. Within the last few months. Prescriptions take way longer to fill now and they don't even ask for DOB or educate you on what you taking now.... I have also ran into them prescribing them under someone else in my family but my doctors office has it right on there end. To bad this is Eudora's only pharmacy...

While the staff are very kind & helpful, the frustration levels are high in regards to getting prescriptions filled; any new meds called in by Dr and hospitals take a few days to fill, and several times senior care facility faxed over prescription from hospital stay and were told “ oh our fax machine doesn’t always work” ...one week later we still don’t have the new meds. This is just low grade service but at a premium cost
