It took longer than expected for Carstar to receive the parts and get the initial repair started however we understand parts can be delayed or back ordered. We felt Carstar did as was expected with the repair and the work was done to our expectations. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the service.”

“Had a flex pipe fail on Jeep. Decided to go the route of having it removed and a new one welded in. I called Downtown Muffle at 7:49am, and was in and out of the shop by 8:40am (and half of that time was spent driving there) that’s how quick and efficient they were. Price was reasonable as well.
