I have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic during the past few years. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and Dr. Hawkins always takes the time to go over blood work results and explain what they mean.

Is it important to keep taking your mental health medication’s probably but this place will cut you off unless you can come in no matter how long you’ve been taking it even if you’re not having any issues. I guess they gotta make their money with those appointments. They will call a wellness check on you after they cause your mental issue

Such a beautiful and clean place and the staff are all very knowledgeable and polite. Our doctor was very caring and listened very carefully to my mom. I totally trust my mom's care with the doctors there.

Not always friendly customer service. Usually but not always. I went on my lunch break ... I had a 1 pm appoitntment. When I arrived at 12:50 there was ZERO receptinist. No sign saying "we are at lunch" or any other notice. So I thought they were there and since I was in a hurry to get back to work and I was early for my appointment, I just poked my head in and said hello. One if the nurses came from the back and snapped at me "PULL YOUR MASLK UP!!". No hello to me or how can I help you, just PULL YOUR MASK UP. Then she tersely told me the front desk girls are at lunch and wont be back til 1:00. I should sit down. How was I to know they were at lunch? Why do they not stagger their lunch breaks so that someoe is at the desk? There was no other patient there. The wonmen came back from lunch and checked me in. Past 1:30 the same rude nurse comes out and made a point to tell me that I was waiting because she was quote "on the phone". So she was making it a priority to tell me that the reason I had to wiat over a half hour was that she was on the phone and intentionally making me wait. So I made it point to tell her that she needs to be friendlier, and that we don't have to come to that Dr Clinic and we can go to Lawrence or DeSoto.... she did not like it but I don't care.

My family and I have went to Eudora family care for many years and have loved it! Unfortunately, the past couple of times seeing Dr.Hawkins have not been great. He isn't thorough and just rude. Most of their staff is great, I absolutely love Stacy Dines, just wouldn't recommend Dr.Hawkins.

I saw Dr. Hawkins today for my first appointment here and it was amazing! I was there a while because he answered ALL OF MY QUESTIONS! Kristina and Kim at the front desk are sweet and amazing. Megan his nurse is kind and helpful and Dr. Hawkins is a great resource. My husband and I both come here and we have not been disappointed. I think with the way healthcare has changed over the years it is important to realize when clinicians put in the extra effort and I am so grateful this care team is here in Eudora!

I am extremely disappointed in the crass attitude and lack of respect my father received from the front desk personnel today while attempting to check in for his appointment. Our family loves the physicians at Eudora Family Care, but the lack of front line customer service is a deterrent. I know Eudora Family Care has more potential. Be better. — A fellow healthcare worker.

I really loved this facility and their doctors however I went in for an appointment where dr Hawkins asked me if I wanted the Covid shot. After say no, I’m not interested he persisted by trying to scare me into getting it. Telling me if I don’t get the shot and get Covid I’ll be getting very very sick. I’m said again no I’m not interested in the shot and stated I don’t like getting them he then kept persisting and said if it’s the needle your worried about I can give you Xanax to get you through it. I was in utter shock that after denying the shot 3 times already he wouldn’t shut up about it. I won’t be going back ever as I can’t respect my doctor if they don’t honor my wishes and just leave it alone. There’s no need to scare someone into getting something they don’t want regardless of the reasoning behind it.

I see Dr. Orr. She is very nice and easy to talk to. I went to see her just yesterday for a refill on my inhaler. I also had some other health concerns about chest pain or side pain. We did an EKG because it would be negligent otherwise she said. Today my chest or side issue was still pretty significantly painful and I was still worried about it. I called Eudora Family care to set up another appointment. The receptionist was nice and told me Dr. Orr was out but I could be seen by Stacy the NP. I arrive and get taken back by Doctor Orr's nurse. She promptly tells me it is not appropriate to be seen by Stacy since I am Dr. Orr's patient. I told her I just wanted a second opinion because it was still hurting me. She told me they have appointments tomorrow. Let me sum this up..they turned away a patient in pain (moderate/severe discomfort) near the chest region because it was a conflict of interest..monetary interest perhaps? Most likely but who can say? That just does not sit right with me. Most likely I will be taking my business elsewhere. And that is a damn shame because it is so close to home with nice (-1 rude nurse) people.
