Jeff and his team are really customer focused. I am not from the area, but I have used their services twice in the last 2 1,/2:years. Jeff was recommended by our son who lives in Lawrence. He has been his go to guy for several years. Jeff replaced a starter on my F150 after my Ford dealer told me there was nothing wrong with it (even though the truck wouldn't start properly). No more problems for 21/2 years, but suddenly the starter was acting up. I happened to be in the area for only a few days. Jeff got me in, determined the starter was going bad, replaced it under warranty, and got us back on the road again. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff and his team are honest and trustworthy. My previous mechanic was not nearly as thorough. They will find and fix the problem.

I left 5 stars but I would caution to check what “diagnostic fee” will be. I wanted transmission checked and they performed an entire vehicle diagnosis for $175.00. This to me was excessive and not what I requested. Otherwise, the work was performed timely and professionally.

These guys are great. My daughter was on the way to table rock lake. Blew out a trailer tire, then another. Was able to limp in and drop off the boat and trailer after hours on a Thursday night. Continued on to the lake. Rented a boat and had fun. They communicated by text and phone. Picked up the boat on the way home with 2 new tires. Great job of being good business people and great stress relievers.

Love taking my vehicle here. Have always helped resolve any problems and I love the diagnostic link that takes you through the cars condition and issues that need fixed immediately or later. The guys did a great job and I appreciate them getting me back on the road. Most definitely will be returning if needed and referring to fam and friends. Thank you, Wolff's!!

Fixed my car up and was very open about pricing and only fixing what I asked to be fixed. They found things I didn’t know were wrong with my car that could’ve caused a lot of trouble for me in the near future. I’ll definitely be going to them for any future car problems.

Great experience - communication about repairs and cost was consistent throughout the entire process. My vehicle needed several repairs and I was provided thoughtful advice on what was an immediate need. I wasn’t pressured to fix everything. Highly recommend!

We like the fact that this service shop is so close to home and it rarely takes long to get in for the work. Ended up with a little more work needing to done but it was actually things we’d put off and really need before a long road trip.
