I went to this Chase location in Fairway KS. I needed help getting a lien release from Tx to Ks. Although they don't do the vehicle loans there, James Gillroy was very helpful. He made the call for me and got the ball rolling! The young man asking if he could help as you walk in also was very accommodating and explained the wait time.

I went to this Branch trying to get help with my card situation and the lady that spoke with me was not helpful at all! She didn’t help me with anything I asked for help on and kept telling me there was nothing she could do. She didn’t even try to help in anyway! It’s crazy you go somewhere to try to get an issue resolved and the people working there act like they don’t want to be there, resulting in nothing getting fixed and a waste of time.

They had one person working the teller booth. When I got there, there was one person in front of me. The lady in the lobby asked what I needed today and told me the teller would help once she finished. She even came over and apologized that it was taking so long. I waited patiently until that customers issue was resolved. When they were finished, I waited for the teller to say she was ready. In the mean time someone else came in and the lady in the lobby that I spoke with when I came in proceeded to take the other customer to the teller window to be helped ahead of me. I am not sure why this happened, but being treated like my time isn't valuable is not good customer service.

Please do not attempt to open a business account with this bank. They refuse to clear checks. They are dismissive of the needs of their clients. And the fees are outrageous. No customer support whatsoever.

Went in to open an account and they declared they were “booked up.” If a bank does not want my money I can find a different bank.

I wasn’t convinced when I read about the rude and lying people that work here in previous reviews - until I visited. My friend who just came to the US for work needed to open a checking account, and was denied because of “their country of origin.” We called Chase’s customer service to check if this was Chase’s policy, and they told us that they have not heard of such things. Shame on Chase. And I guess there aren’t much we can do to take our business elsewhere, because there are just these many banks, right?

Opened my son's account in the office on Monday & for some reason my son couldn't look at his banking online due fraudulent actives. So we called & the CS rep told us the account was close within two of opening stating that the company needed proof of identity. Now we actually had face to face help & gave all of the important document's at the time of opening the college account. I am so not happy right now & CS could see that we deposited funds in that day.

I never give 5 stars because nothing is perfect. I have been with Chase for about 8 years never any problems with them. Very helpful if you have issues with your card. Most of my family now uses Chase

There is a video going around of an employee calling someone the n-word- I guess this employee has a history of racist behavior. Poor reflection on the company- and I will be advising my business to bank with a different bank.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. Will be closing my account and moving elsewhere. Highly DO NOT recommend Chase Bank for anything. Ever.

Have been trying to get a meeting at this bank for over a week to open an account and cash some checks since they're online portal never seems to work. After showing up to the branch two different times as instructed by staff, I was then was told to book online. After waiting for 4 days, I just got told the person (Chris Hoffman) I was scheduled to meet was double booked and had to cancel. Never seen a bank I had to wait over a week to open an account with and go through all this headache, absolutely unprofessional and rediculous.
