“Took my daughters vehicle in yesterday for a quote on fixing a lose piece to her muffler. Rich came out and took a Quick look and got us in today for the fix. Took less than 20 min start to finish and paid less than 60 dollars. He was super kind, professional, and funny. It isn’t often you go in as a woman and the male doesn’t try and get over on you. They will tell you everything you need to know if you ever have a issue. And they have great customer service. Never rude or pushy. This is why I called Jeremy and told him what was going on and I've tried everything and could not figure it out myself. Jeremy called me and let me know what was going on and was very honest with me about the cost and how long it was going to take. Jeremy called me and kept me updated on the patient. He even called me over the weekend. Jeremy is very dedicated and skilled at his profession. “Go here before you go anywhere else. I am SO pleased with how they helped me. My car kept saying “coolant too hot” and occasionally trembling. I took it to a different shop who said my coolant was fine and it must be something else, but they couldn’t get me in any time soon. The other shop was very condescending and rude. I called Firestone in Fort Riley and asked if they could help and they were so kind. They told me to come up there and they would fit me in same day. I got there at 11:30AM, and they took the car immediately. They completed the diagnostic, and advised that I was 2 1/2 gallons low on coolant. They did a full work up to make sure the vehicle was alright, topped off my coolant, and cooled off the car and checked it once more to be sure everything looked good. I was completely out of there by 2PM and only out of pocket for the diagnostic cost, which was right at $130. Everyone was very kind and spoke clearly about what caused the problem and how they resolved it. Informative, and not condescending at all. I worked with Sam, the Manager, and Mason - one of the service techs there. Someone else also assisted, but I unfortunately did not catch their name. 10/10 recommend this shop for any and all automotive needs. Very quick, kind, efficient, and communicative.
