“There was an unfortunate incident that needed to be addressed on my vehicle. I took it to TO Haas initially because they were able to align my vehicle and another place I called couldn’t.. The customer service here was top notch. They gave me a price before they started working, the work was done quickly and my van drives wonderfully. They even called and said they noticed that my van needed an oil change and offered to take care of it while it was already in the shop. That was so helpful because I struggle to get all of my tasks done and I so appreciate them looking out for me. I will definitely use them again.”
“Rich replaced part of our muffler on our 2005 lexus about two weeks ago. Keep forgetting to write this review but the service was 10/10! He was able to get me in within two days and the service itself only took thirty minutes. Thanks again Rich!”

“Had brakes done something wasn't right the first time so we had to get them redone but they were quick to get me in to get it done and also put the correct lug nuts on for me. They were not able to get my car in at my appointment time so it took longer than expected but still employees were all nice.”
“George is the only mechanic I will go to with all of our cars. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. He always helps me out, even when I pull up without an appointment. I can't recommend him enough!”

Each of the three staff members (sorry I'm not so good remembering names) I had interaction with were all helpful, accommodating and so polite. “I haven't had any work done here actually but if I was needing it I would choose this place. I had spoke with the owner regarding a automobile topic. He was kind enough to answer my questions and quite thoroughly. Professional to the point and no attempt whatsoever to try and advertise his business to me for my needs. Not that I would have had a problem with however, the fact that he was kind enough to answer a very simple automotive question without Any financial reciprocation was a sign of pure professionalism. And should the need arise, I would choose this business”
“Nobody likes to have mechanical issues in your vehicle. Even worse when you can't fix things yourself. This is why I called Jeremy and told him what was going on and I've tried everything and could not figure it out myself. Jeremy called me and let me know what was going on and was very honest with me about the cost and how long it was going to take. Jeremy called me and kept me updated on the patient. He even called me over the weekend. Jeremy is very dedicated and skilled at his profession. I will definitely be going back if any of my vehicles need the care Jeremy takes to get any of them back up and running again. I may even take it to him for the basics as well like an oil change. “My daughter's car broke down out on K-18 on a Saturday night after all garages were closed and we didn't know where she could take it. A friend of a friend suggested Mobile Car Care. They communicated with her well, explained things and treated her respectfully. The one feedback she would offer would be some place secure to leave her key as the only place she and the tow truck driver saw was a mailbox outside so she left the car and then had to return on Monday when they were open to give them her key. Their rates were very reasonable too. Would go back, though we'd rather not have to!”
“We had an absolutely amazing experience with Gerber Collison & Glass. I believe it was Tonya who was helping us and she was so kind and called weekly with updates. They took a super stressful situation for us and made everything effortless. I will definitely be coming back with any future needs. It also appeared as if they detailed our vehicle after fixing it which was unexpected but so appreciated! Would recommend to every one see them for collision and glass needs. Thank you guys so much!”
“The business cut a piece of antique glass for me and placed it into a serving tray from an antique table. They did an excellent job and replaced the glass in a practical way I had not thought of to do. Very economical and I am very pleased.”

“Always top quality service at Reich's. They put a engine in my son's old Mitsubishi eclipse. And I have taken my mercedes ml350 to them twice. They are very thorough! They will tell you everything you need to know if you ever have a issue. And they have great customer service. Never rude or pushy. You may pay a bit more but the work is worth every bit of what they charge. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.”

Thank you both for your assistance and hard work in getting me in and out this morning. I always have a great experience every time I do business with firestone at the 8th street service center. Also this will be my second visit this week to have the oil changed in my truck. I bring all my vehicles here to be serviced. Also note that Drew is exceptional cause even though my appointment wasnt till 0800 he called to inform me that I could come in earlier so I could get things done. He knows his customers and gives exceptional personal service other places dont.”

“I come here for an oil change often and always have a good experience. Assistant manager Travis always greets me with a smile and is very professional and knowledgeable. Travis always answers any questions I have and is never rushed or in hurry. I'm always in and out quickly Even when they're busy. I've never had any issues after an oil change.”
“I set an appointment on a Saturday morning. The store is in the middle of a remodel so there were challenges that wouldn't be part of the regular experience. All safety procedures were followed, ground guide into and out of the bay for example. The technician replaced the tires and value stems (TPMS service packs), balanced the tires, and remounted with anti-seize. They torque the lugs, and have a second tech verify, then drive the car in a figure 8 and check them once again. Overall, I wouldn't have done any step differently.”

“I came in on a Tuesday & asked Robert if he could work me in for an oil change before Friday because I was leaving for Texas. He said leave it with me tomorrow & I will work it in. So, on Wednesday I had a flat tire and asked if he could just order me some new tires & have them on before Friday? He said he would try. He & the technician had my truck to me Friday morning at 7:30! NOW THAT’s SERVICE!!! I was on the road to Texas by 8:00.”
