I was visiting Ft. Riley the weekend of July 26/27. My 2007 Nissan Murano displayed the service engine light. It was around 2:30 Saturday afternoon when I called the Store in Junction City. I was told they could not help me. I decided to try the store on base, I spoke with Austin Azevedo. I explained that I was visiting from out of town and the problem I was having. He was more that willing to help!
After the diagnostic discovered it was an easy repalcement of a coil. The Technician Alex was able to complete the job in a matter of about 90 minutes. I was back on the road, able to complete my visit and make it home. Stress free I might add.
I will be making frequent visite to Ft. Riley over the next year. If I have any further mechanical needs I will definately call Austin and his crew for help. Their customer service was supurb. I can't thank them enough.

Austin and Samantha were great. The price was the best around and they had the tires the next day. Installation was quick and they were very friendly. Very happy with my new tires.

I have been to a number of Firestone stores across the US. This one definitely provided the best service. I will be telling all of my friends & co-workers this is the one to trust. Sean made sure the shop took the time to determine the issue with my truck. Austin and Sam made sure I was kept up to date on the findings and aware of the costs. I even had a good interaction with Aiden and Alex from the shop. I don't normally go out of my way to get the names of everyone who services my truck, but they were all so friendly and deserve to hear they are appreciated.

I have access to 3 different Firestone locations nearby. However, the Ft. Riley location will always be my go-to. I have experienced the most professional and friendly service here. When I was in a pinch with an unexpected flat tire and the other 2 locations told me I was out of luck, Sam came through and worked me in before I had to hit the road. Austin stayed on top of it when I got there to make sure I was taken care of and out of the door on time. Since then, I will go out of my way to make sure I take my vehicles to this location for all of our needed service and maintenance, not just my tires!

As a former BSRO teammate, I know what the standards are. Sean/Shaun was a great in the front, pure honesty and no BS. The techs did exactly the services I needed correctly after checking it myself afterwards.

Alright, I was a master Mechanic before joining the Army and I hope this review gets these guys to change their short cutting ways. Most of the time Firestone isn’t an issue for me, I love their lifetime alignment program, but the alignment tech here is taking shortcuts on alignment adjustments.
The toe adjustment was out on both wheels of my 2016 Ram 1500. But he apparently struggled to break one of the jam nuts loose on one side of the tie rods and gave up. He got the other side loose. Instead of grabbing a small air hammer to impact the jam nuts or using heat to break the nut loose, he brings the toe in by simply adjusting one side of the steering rack. Well now my steering wheel is crooked because he didn’t do both together. And yup, they sent it back to me like that.
I was crawling under my truck changing fluids and the evidence was pretty clear given the threads were untouched on the driver side and there was zero penetrant oil sprayed on the jam nuts like the passenger side had.
Ya’ll need to have a chat with your alignment tech, I took it to a different Firestone in town and they agreed it was jacked up and didn’t charge me (lifetime alignment).

Alex and Chris were fire. We encounter some issues with my wheels, but they took care of it so I didn’t have to drive to other places to get it done. Their service is truly excellent.

Not as busy as Firestones on other installations, so the work gets done in a timely manner. Been using this Firestone going on 3+ years, never had an issue with them.

I don't know why, but every time I go here to get an oil change...it feels as if my car has no change.But all of a sudden, it comes out with another issue
