“There was an unfortunate incident that needed to be addressed on my vehicle. I took it to TO Haas initially because they were able to align my vehicle and another place I called couldn’t.. The customer service here was top notch. They gave me a price before they started working, the work was done quickly and my van drives wonderfully. They even called and said they noticed that my van needed an oil change and offered to take care of it while it was already in the shop. That was so helpful because I struggle to get all of my tasks done and I so appreciate them looking out for me. I will definitely use them again.”

“I was visiting Ft. Riley the weekend of July 26/27. My 2007 Nissan Murano displayed the service engine light. It was around 2:30 Saturday afternoon when I called the Store in Junction City. I was told they could not help me. I decided to try the store on base, I spoke with Austin Azevedo. I explained that I was visiting from out of town and the problem I was having. He was more that willing to help!
After the diagnostic discovered it was an easy repalcement of a coil. The Technician Alex was able to complete the job in a matter of about 90 minutes. I was back on the road, able to complete my visit and make it home. Stress free I might add.
I will be making frequent visite to Ft. Riley over the next year. If I have any further mechanical needs I will definately call Austin and his crew for help. Their customer service was supurb. I can't thank them enough.”
