“I have been working with Briggs of Fort Scott for a few months now trying to find the vehicle that marks all the right boxes. Candie was extremely patient with me as I impatiently waited for the right one to come up on allocation. Finally one came up that met all my must haves. There was a small hiccup in communication but that was quickly resolved and my expectations were more than exceeded when it came time to pick up my new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Frank and Brad in addition to Candie and the whole team made the normally mundane process of filling out paperwork a surprisingly enjoyable time filled with good conversation. Briggs of Fort Scott is a good distance from me but the customer service there made the drive well worth it. Thank you guys! “I have been taking my 2010 Mustang GT to Walmart Automotive in Fort Scott since it was bought new. These guys know me and my car real well by now and they take real good care of us. I’ve had nothing but exemplary service from them all this time, and if my car needs anything done that is offered at WM Auto, it will be taken there. “This was my first really great experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. Nic was fantastic to work with and was upfront with me from the start. Grant did a great job outlining the extended warranty options and explaining their value. Aaron was Joe helpful in going through the various car features and making sure we were hooked up correctly with the Toyota App and Apple car play. Overall it was truly top notch from start to finish. I will be coming back again when my wife is ready for her next vehicle!”
